Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for most items. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition

• All original packaging, seals, labels, and tags must be intact

• A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

• The return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or seal-broken skincare and cosmetic products are not eligible for return or refund.

Please note that sale items, discounted products, or promotional offers may be considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.
