Shipping & Refund Policy
1. Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your glow! We accept items for return or exchange within 30 days of purchase.

Conditions: Items must be in their original packaging and condition.

Refunds: We will refund the price shown on your order confirmation, less any applied discounts. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

Gifts with Purchase: If you received a free gift or sample, it must be returned if the full order is returned. If not returned, the value of the gift may be deducted from your refund.
2. Shipping & Package Protection
We offer two options at checkout to give you peace of mind:

Standard Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of the return shipping label and a PKR 500 restocking fee. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.

Whiteway Protection (Premium): By selecting this option, we cover the cost of the return label and waive all restocking fees. We also guarantee a free replacement if your package arrives damaged or is lost by the courier.
3. Returns Restrictions

Only items purchased directly through www.whitewaybeauty.com will be accepted.

Items purchased from physical retailers or other online marketplaces are not eligible for a refund through our site.

International Orders: Please note that we currently do not offer returns or exchanges for orders shipped outside of Pakistan or the UK.
4. Damaged or Missing Shipments

Damaged Items: If your order arrives broken or leaking, please contact us within 30 days for a free replacement.

Missing Orders: If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please wait 3 business days before contacting us, as local couriers sometimes mark items early.

Claim Window: Claims for lost or damaged items must be made within 30 days of the order date.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Refunds
For orders paid via COD, refunds will be processed through Bank Transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash. You will need to provide your account details to our customer care team once your return is approved.
