All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During peak seasonal periods or promotional launches, processing may take up to 4 business days. We appreciate your patience as we ensure each order meets our quality standards.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer Free Delivery Nationwide within Pakistan. Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Within Pakistan: 3–5 business days

  • International: 7–14 business days (Subject to customs clearance)

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS containing your tracking number. You can monitor your shipment's progress within 24 hours of receiving this notification.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Whiteway Beauty is not responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or additional taxes applied to your order by your local government. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.
